No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to a specific number of reviews, rating improvements, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on numerous factors outside of our control.
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
Enrollment: Services are provided on a subscription basis. You will enroll in our services through a phone call or video conference call with our team.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. Payment terms and pricing will be communicated to you during the enrollment process.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation terms and procedures will be provided during your enrollment or upon request. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring timely payment. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
